PITCHFORK REVIEWS MATISYAHU
Take a peek, clearly unfavorable. I report, you decide, preferably after first peeping the music with an open-mind. I'm pretty agnostic about the lyrical component of this band (counter-intuitive, I admit), and dig the music itself; i.e., the bass, drums, guitar, and flow of the frontman. Call me weird, but that's how it often works for me with pop music. The rhythm of the medium is the message, not the words as much (though of course there is art with them here).
